| The FORGOT PASSWORD allows you to receive a temporary password. This password will be sent to you via email or text message. NICKNAME Enter your Nickname. CONTACT Enter either your email address or text number. It must match the information found in your profile. If it doesn't, an error message will be displayed. Make sure you click on the RESET PASSWORD button. A temporary password will be sent to you via the contact you requested. *NOTE - The password will be sent from a Number1Pool sender, not from your administrator. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. Click on the Menu Bars or the spinning football to return to the FORGOT PASSWORD screen. |
